Registration Information
Grab those running shoes and get ready for an afternoon of excitement! This camp is open to beginners and all runners of all abilities who like to run. The focus will be on every aspect of running cross country from how you correctly warm-up, types of workouts, technical training, team-building, nutrition, stretching, and taking care of your body. Come join us, make new friends, and have some great fun!
Cross-Country Camp will run July 15th - 18th, from 12:30pm - 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday
